The short version: We don't collect personal information, we don't require an account, and we don't run analytics or tracking. Your answers in the tool stay in your browser and are never sent to us or stored on our servers.
We do not collect personal information. GolfGearGuru has no signup, no accounts, no contact forms, and no email collection. The questions you answer in the recommendation tool (skill level, budget, preferences, club type) are used only to generate your results in the moment, entirely within your browser. This information is not transmitted to us, not saved, and is gone once you close or refresh the page.
We do not currently run any analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party tracking scripts on this site. We don't build profiles of visitors or track your activity across the web.
If this changes in the future — for example, if we add basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand general site usage — we will update this policy to describe what is collected and why.
GolfGearGuru does not set its own tracking cookies. However, when you click a link to a retailer and we use an affiliate program, that retailer or its affiliate network may place a cookie on your device to credit any resulting purchase.
